TRR uses the puppy questionnaire simply to get a better understanding of potential buyers and what housing arrangements are best suited for the puppy. Please help us to achieve this by filling in this confidential questionnaire that will be used for this purpose only. A dog is a long term commitment and it is important for potential puppy owners to be completely happy with their new family member. All buyers will be required to sign a contract that will cover issues such as registration, co-ownership (if applicable), health, breeding (if applicable) and general care requirements.
